Full-Service Administration is available for both the Client-sponsored medical plans and the DecisionHR-sponsored voluntary group benefit plans.

• Cafeteria Plan (Section-125) Administration; authorizes pre-tax deductions for benefit premiums.
• Agent/Consulting Services for Client-Sponsored Group Medical Plans
• Record keeping of Benefit Deductions for the Employee and Employer
• New Hire Employee Eligibility Notifications and Enrollment    Processing
• COBRA, HIPAA and Qualifying Event Administration
• Benefit Invoice Reconciliation and Remittance to Insurance Carriers

• SRC/Aetna Limited Medical Insurance- 2 Levels of coverage to choose:
  • Option 1

• Assurant Dental Insurance- 3 Levels of coverage to choose:
  • DMO Plan- Available in FL, GA, MI, TX (Rates vary by State)
  • PPO High Option Plan- Comprehensive Coverage
  • PPO Low Option Plan- Limited Coverage
• VSP Vision Insurance- Signature Plan
• Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)/ (Client-Adopted)
• Supplement Plans from Colonial
