As a client of DecisionHR, you will receive a handbook that describes in detail our services. It includes all the procedures and sample documents for being one of our worksites and how it relates to your continuing control as the ultimate supervisor.
Included in your orientation package you will also find the required State and Federal posters required by law. Make sure to post these in a conspicuous place available to all employees!
In addition, every employee will receive a DecisionHR Employee Handbook, which addresses our relationship to them. The handbook encapsulates an employer’s “best practices” communication to employees. It covers important liabilities, laws and regulations, but leaves room for your handbook to describe your worksite specifics such as dress codes, leave-of-absences policies and hours of work. If you do not yet have your own handbook, we can provide that service to you.
From your first day, our services include a 24 hour HR-hotline, new-hire criminal background checks, and legally compliant payroll and leave procedures. With DHR, you will immediately have access to a professionally crafted solution for every HR situation.
In our role, we can be the document custodian for every personnel document. All documents are stored digitally according to its applicable rules and regulations, but instantly available whenever they’re needed.
DecisionHR also offers a variety of training programs. For example, we have a series of training programs, such as: Hiring and Termination, Sexual Harassment, Sensitivity in the Workplace, and Discipline and Documentation. These are available in person, on the web, in file format, and in VHS format.
